Energy From Light/EFAs
We should not underestimate the importance of the day/night movement as it relates to the greater whole, because we actually should be generating 60% of our energy from light. It is very important to have an abundant supply of the Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) in our diet and these, in turn, will create a lot of electron activity inside every cell of our bodies. I believe this electron activity works with photon activity in light and it is from there that we can create this 60% of our energy, rather than generating it from foods that we ingest. So this working with light is going to be impaired too, in fact it is going to be impaired in direct proportion to the percentage of dehydration within the person. Conversely, this also means that, as we rehydrate on a long term basis with water, aloe vera, the EFAs, and then magnesium, we gradually feel less hungry and need to eat less.
The nightly cleansing part of the cycle is diminished in numerous ways and in some people almost to the point where it is not happening. We know that we must keep working with the EFAs and keep in mind the resulting enhancement due to light. We have to take into account that different EFAs are relevant in different temperatures and different amounts of light and darkness. Fish oils for example are most useful for and during cold, dark places (whether the environment - winter - or within the cells) whilst flaxseed oil works best during hot and light times (summertime and where the body temperature is normal).
Light is very important for healing. Each time we are talking about the EFAs we are always going to be looking at what is happening within the cell. Simultaneously we are also going to throw it wide open to the greater whole, where we are looking at what is actually happening to the entire galaxy rather than just the illness of one person. The two are inextricably connected.
The Essential Fatty Acids are paramount in another sector: they are used to produce prostaglandins to feed our endocrine system and produce our hormones in the right balance overall. If the body's 30 or so different prostaglandins are not produced on an hour by hour basis, then the endocrine system will be impaired again by that percentage. Prostaglandins are also involved in the regulation of the immune system.
And, since the endocrine glands are connected with the chakras, this fits in with our concept of being able to use light and use colour. And here is this circular argument, if you like: we have to have all of these factors in balance so that the inherited weaknesses are shifted before we can really reach down to the sub-atomic particles, where the real movement is needed. I believe it is at that level that the mind with thought can create what it requires so, if this process is impeded, we are going to be in a lot of trouble.
