External Factors that cause Dehydration
Think of the lifestyles that people are living, and the effects on the body's dehydration level. Many environmental influences have enormous effects in this context. The ideal solution seems to me to go and live in a croft in the middle of Ireland, with no electricity around, but unfortunately we can't all do that, even if we want to! However, we can influence what we eat, what we put into our mouths.
The majority of the people in western countries drink nothing but diuretics. There are socially acceptable things that we do which can be described as major disasters to the cells, like drinking tea and coffee in particular, because they have very strongly diuretic results. Add this to the drying effects of modern lifestyles! Here is a brief summary of some basic reasons for dehydration:· Foods. Much more of this later.
· Stimulant Drinks. Beverages that have a dehydrating effect include coffee, tea, alcohol, chocolate, anything with sugar - all are major diuretics. There are good reasons why people like drinking their tea and their coffee: doing so puts the fluids in the right places in the body temporarily, so one feels good, but then the following part of the cycle, as these diuretics are processed, is increased loss of fluids. The majority of people are not actually presenting fluid to their bodies, they are in fact taking it away!
· Pollution. This creates positive ions which stop the body cleansing properly. Anything which stresses the body: there is environmental pollution, including air pollution, which everyone is aware of. Synthetics interfere with polarity.
· Electrical Pollution. The influence of electrical circuits within buildings as well as the radar and military communication systems, satellite and telephone systems, and all other waves travelling in the air. Electrically and electronically operated gadgetry.
· Travelling. Driving anywhere is drying, flying is tremendously so. One of the most disastrous things from the body's point of view that I can think of is flying a long distance in the middle of winter to a hot climate, paying no attention to the natural seasonal energies. The holiday might be a stimulation in one way, but it is making things harder for the body in another, highly important respect.
· Vaccinations and Immunizations. I think these have a very profound effect. (See also "The Body's Vibrational Pattern" section) It is particularly damaging to vaccinate against the childhood diseases. They are there to cleanse some of the inherited toxicity and allow growth. Measles was almost extinct until they brought the vaccine in. There is a 2.5% chance of morbidity from serious effects from the vaccination, and only 1.5% from actually having measles. In England, where the government pays a large subsidy to doctors when a certain (very high) proportion of all the children on their patient list is vaccinated, it is probably still financially advantageous to a doctor to make sure all these children on his list are vaccinated.
Requirements for travelling abroad are actually much less than doctors recommend. You can use homoeopathy. For statistics on these matters, try the Anti-Vivisection organization. They have a vaccine pack.
The end result is that all of these influences have a diuretic effect on the body and therefore the polarity of the person is disturbed because they are dehydrated.
