1. Identify and eliminate your Top 10
energy drains.
2. Increase your Clean Sweep score by
20 points.
3. Set a big, but do-able goal to accomplish within a week; and
let your coach help you to accomplish it in 3 days.
4. Identify and work with your coach to permanently resolve your
most pressing problem.
5. Tell your coach 5 goals you most want to set for yourself for
the next 90 days.
6. Significantly expand your vision -- enough so that you
become naturally motivated.
7. Identify your key strengths as well as two specific areas
needing improvement (and the payoffs when achieved).
8. Start and focus on the Personal Foundation Program (your coach
will provide this) for your first 30 days of coaching.
9. Identify and share with your coach
what would have to have happened both personally and professionally,
at the end of 3 years from now, for you to be happy with your
progress?
10. Tell your coach how she/he can most impact your entire life
in the next 30 days.
