When people join an organization, they are recruited on their
apparent logical skills and abilities. When they leave, it is for emotional
reasons to do with who they are. If they are made redundant, it is often
because of their personalities and inability to get along with others (click

they resign, it is because of an inner ambition unfulfilled.
