Energy Detox: for improved health
As we
detoxify and become clearer, we become conscious about things that had
previously been held back from awareness. These are usually deeply
suppressed or denied emotional traumas. Experiencing these deeply buried
trauma layers as they are released (although in a much less intense and
briefer way than the original experience) is a natural part of the
process.
We can feel uncomfortable when we receive the part of the
light that supports the clearing of toxic layers that are being denied or suppressed. These
layers
represent areas of your life's experience that you couldn't digest
originally. You couldn't express the emotion or sometimes couldn't
even accept the experience, because it
was too fearful, so you buried it.
According to the physicists, as well as mystics, all matter is light, but very slowed-down light.
Light is actually the
fundamental physical basis of the universe. Renowned physicist Max Planck
stated that matter is really light imprisoned by gravity.
We
take in energy, slow it down, and it becomes solid. All matter is
frozen (or almost-frozen) light. When we don't allow the emotions to move freely, when we
reject the emotions or make them wrong, for instance, the
emotions become stagnant or crystalized. They create blocks and lumps, if you will.
These blocks
create a resistance in the flow of energy throughout the body and a
resistance to life
itself. Indeed, it can be said that all dis-ease is due to blocked
emotions. At the extreme, a complete blockage of the flow of life force
creates death.
As a
consolation, these deeply suppressed or even denied toxic layers, which
are causing discomfort as they are released, would otherwise eventually
show up as illness in the long term. By then they can cause more than mere
discomfort. In addition, these deeply suppressed or denied toxic layers have
been draining your life force over time.
Once they are
released, the life force that was being used for suppression or denial
can instead be used to express and create the things you really want in
life.
Energy Detox
gives the body the needed boost to start to return integrity to
the body,
enabling it
to reverse the decades of accumulated poisons.
It does not
treat disease.
