Energy Detox: for better health

Your health is like a bucket
which gradually fills up with things harmful to your life. It
gets filled up by bad diet, unhealthy food additives, physical and
mental strain from accidents, psychological trauma, smoking, excess
drinking, strained relationships with other people, effects from
illness, or death in the family, work, financial pressure, and last, but
certainly far from least, the effects from electromagnetic fields and
environmental pollution. Suddenly your bucket overflows and you get a
serious illness.
It follows that detoxification will create health benefits, yet it is a commonly held belief that "disease"
is instead
caused by vitamin/mineral deficiencies or by bacteria, viruses, fungus
and parasites invading the body. In most cases this is not true. Pasteur
was actually debunked long ago (he revoked his work on his deathbed - why
is this not generally known?) and his rival Deschamps has been proved
right after all. Deschamps basically said these things either spring up
from within or cannot get a hold inside unless they are provided with the
right kind of (toxic) home.
Illness
means there is a toxic situation. There is a much greater need
to remove, rather than add, “stuff”. This is the essence of healing, which
involves neither
Cure nor Diagnosis.
Even
the current nutritional practitioner's process of using the mind to work
out that "this symptom indicates a shortage of that vitamin/mineral
so go away and take lots of it" ends up being a suppressive
process, leading to an altered health picture but not to
healing. Supplementation in this way leads to stagnation, rather than to
the desired increase in movement, freedom and cleansing.
The
body needs to be detoxified (emptied) before it can be re-nurtured
(refilled). In other words, the body needs to be cleansed before it can
absorb. Of course it is well established that an excess or
deficiency in vitamins or minerals can affect the functioning of mind
and body. But almost no one is asking why these imbalances happen.
Assimilation
- or lack of it - is a major reason, again influenced by toxic loading.
There are no longer any areas free
from man's toxic fingerprint. You can find toxic chemical residues in
every remote land and water mass, as scientific expeditions prove. What
we don't detoxify, we slowly, silently stockpile in our bodies forever.
Detoxification failure is a common pathway to most forms of chronic
and degenerative illnesses as well as to what is called "disease"
by doctors - usually a label pinned on a bunch of symptoms.
When the total load reaches a critical level, we have a symptom, then
more symptoms, and eventually doctors gift us with a
disease
label.
Almost everyone seems to be part of "the walking unwell" in the sense that they
are not ill but never actually well. Most adults and many children seem to have some kind
of permanent health problem (usually called "chronic" by which doctors
mean incurable) or even a serious (acute) health challenge - especially after age 40. Yet the
name or label that has been given to your collection of symptoms is
totally inconsequential.
The only thing that matters is what has caused
the symptoms and whether you can give your body what it needs to reverse
illness and return to better health. All symptoms, even the subtlest
discomfort, are due to toxicity. Conventional medicine never addresses this, only "fighting"
disease by prescribing surgery to cut out a part of the body (as if it
were an enemy) or drugs to "kill" cancer or to suppress symptoms. None of
that provides a cure, much less healing.
Being unwell is the result of the continual insult of pollutants, all continually adding
to our toxic load. Illness is directly linked to the damage done by toxins in the tissues
of the body, which are made up of cells. (In fact there are about 70
trillion cells in the average human body.)
Toxicity causes damage to the delicate structures of the living cell. At
the fundamental biochemical level, each and every cell needs to be
detoxified. The difference between good health and
dysfunction ultimately begins at the cellular level of the human body.
Detoxification is the only proven way to get rid of symptoms safely,
inexpensively, naturally, logically, scientifically, and permanently.
There is no other way that meets all these criteria. For the majority of
illnesses there is "no known cause or cure", but that is merely because
the "authorities" who tell you that are either not aware of or have
chosen to ignore the fact that toxicity is the only cause of symptoms.
(Disease labels are just that - labels given to groups of symptoms so
that a drug that is said to "cure" that disease can be prescribed to
you.)
Detoxification is completely ignored in conventional medicine. Little
emphasis is given to the body's
detoxification system in medical schools. And have
you ever met a physician who checks for assimilation or detoxification
capability? (They can't afford to acknowledge this, since all drugs increase toxicity in
the body and all that coventional medicine has to "offer" is burn
(radiation "therapy"), slash (surgery) or poison (drugs).)
And, worse, even if a doctor does do
medical tests, they are inadequate.
By
contrast, much lip service is paid to detoxification in the alternative
health fields but too often it is just a vague term meaning "getting rid
of toxins". Much is also written about cleansing.
The herbal colon cleanse is popular nowadays and
is called a detoxification. Since most of us have inflamed colons (or large
intestines/bowels) carrying long-term (putrefying) residues, the colon is often a
prime source of body toxicity. This becomes part of the whole body toxic
burden. So doing a colon cleanse removes some layers of an important toxin source. The
trouble is that we might do a colon cleanse for a month. We feel a little
better but wonder why this does not continue.
Don't bother with a "quick fix". Cleansing for a
week or ten days - or even a month - is not going to clear out decades of toxic buildup.
Detoxification is a long term process.
In fact, it is a lifetime commitment. But who has time to
dedicate to this? And,
no matter what we do or take, we cannot be sure that it is "working"
adequately. We may be doing some eliminating, for instance, but we may not be
actually
removing toxins. Or we may be detoxing but not eliminating
sufficiently.
Detoxification is useless without
adequate
elimination:
it just creates a
so-called "healing crisis" (which really means that the rate of
detoxification has not been properly matched to the rate of
elimination). This is why so many of us
feel worse during
a detox. It's no use cleaning
your home if the waste is going to sit around in piles rather than being taken
outside. In the
same way, something must happen to get the detoxed stuff out of your
body. This step is elimination, and is rarely considered by therapists,
books or health programs.
And rarely does anyone explain that it is really about PERMANENTLY cleansing
inside our cells, out of which everything in the body is made.
At the fundamental
biochemical level, each and every cell needs to be detoxified - and on a
frequent and regular basis (just like your home needs to be cleaned
regularly).
The cells and their membranes are rarely mentioned
in detox articles but play a vital part in cleansing. To
detoxify, first you boost the energy levels of the cells that form the
tissues of the body. This enables the waste trapped in and around those cells, which
hinders their function, to be moved outside, into the lymph and blood.
The waste then circulates to
the eliminative organs, where it may congest. Secondly you
boost the energy levels of your eliminative organs - but this can only be
done via the preliminary energy boost, to the cells.
Biochemists know that detoxification actually means
converting the toxins
into something else. True detoxification begins inside the living cells
but it is not just a matter of physically shifting them. They do not
shift unless they are first altered chemically. Each cell must then dispose of
those toxins.
Then
the main organs of elimination must
also function well enough to maintain the flow of toxins to the exterior
of the body. If they are also toxic, the released toxins cannot get out
of the body. They end up being pushed through the skin (ever
wondered why some people skin problems when "doing a detox"?) or worse, getting stuffed somewhere else in the body. The
cells forming the tissues that make up the lung, liver, kidneys and other
organs of elimination also need to detoxify to help general detoxification.
The biochemistry of the body changes quite slowly and the cellular detox
supports the organ detox which in turn enables further cellular detoxing.
Energy Detox does not cure disease. It gives the body the needed boost to start to return integrity to the body, enabling it to
detoxify and eliminate on a daily, hourly, even minute-by-minute basis.
And, since the
body never makes a mistake,
healing happens in the most effective and beneficial way for you
personally.
No doctor can cure you. No medicine can cure you. But you
can cure you.
Even if you are not ill right now, start cleaning out and reducing
your load before disease strikes. For no one knows when your
biological clock is set to ring.
