Energy Detox: for improved health
Yes, six minutes of exercise a week is as good as six
hours – so long as you really work at it.
In 2005 a study has revealed that averagely fit men
and women can reduce their daily fitness regimes from two hours a day,
three times a week, to just two intense minutes, and achieve the same
results. The two-minute workout requires cycling furiously on a stationary
bike in four 30-second bursts, with four minutes' rest in between each
one.
Volunteers who followed this routine for two weeks
showed the same improvements to their cardiovascular systems as those who
had cycled for two hours a day, three times a week, at a moderate pace.
Now, anyone can get the same benefits in fitness and health in a much
shorter period, if they are willing to endure the discomfort of
high-intensity activity.
There is presently no known explanation for this
discovery; some claim that this effect is created by the increased
oxygen
intake but we breath at least 17,000 times a day (12 breaths a minute): do
you really think you aren't breathing in enough oxygen with 17,000
breathes a day? You are. The problem lies elsewhere.
Energy Detox
gives the body the needed boost to start to return integrity to
the body,
enabling it
to reverse
the decades of accumulated poisons.
It does not treat disease.
