I've never heard success put so simply, it's always been so full of jargon and mystery before. And a third of you will be yelling, 'NO! Too simplistic!

You are completely right. Well done. Your answer is the correct one.

This formula belongs to no-one, it belongs to everyone. Every single time you have achieved ‘success’, that is, anything you want in your life, you have followed this formula. 

But how do we know which third you are in? We don't. However, we know that you are right, because whichever one you chose is the way you will live your life. After all, there is no right or wrong, there is only what takes you closer to your dream, and the life you were born to lead, and what takes you further away.

Here are three powerful ways to leave failure behind

	Take control of it by giving it one definition. Failure is given so much power by having so many different definitions in our lives. And so we use it every day in many different situations. By giving it a single definition we take control of it. We define failure as giving up, and on the really important thing's in our lives, we simply never give up. And so, we never fail.
	Remove it, by making it too confusing to understand. Just as George Orwell brilliantly confused the definition of free­dom in his book 1984. And it is very confusing, as if there is one overriding thing that people who succeed all agree on, it's this - they would never have achieved what they did if they had not 'failed' along the way. So, in order to succeed we have to fail, therefore failure is an inherent part of success. Post-Its are a classic example - they were invented by mistake, as were the sweets, Liquorice Allsorts. So failure = success. Confused now? Good.
	Let's learn from people who have achieved success. Many people who achieve their dreams say that you have to 'fail' in order to succeed. 'Failure' is a critical component to success and a prerequisite to succeeding. Therefore it can't be 'failure' at all.

In reverse, success is also a noun, and so the only wonder it holds for us is in the meaning we give it. We take total control of success when we make it personal to us; it belongs to us, and is ours to define.

1. Success is a formula, and it is simple.

2. This formula does not 'belong' to anyone - it belongs to everyone.

3. To be successful, you need rely on no-one, other than your­self.

4. Success is whatever you want it to be, you define it. Success can happen very fast, often in a heartbeat.

5. Everyone has value, can be anything they want (so long as they work with their strengths, not their weaknesses).

The biggest mystery of life is to discover who we truly are.  Many people will tell you to aim higher - be more, be the very best that you can be. We invite you to be the very best that you already are.

There are no general answers in life, there are only choices. If there was only one way to be a wonderful parent, or a partner or leader, we would all know it, do it, and life would be, well, very boring. And by making choices, we find not the answers, but our answers, those things that work, and those things that do not, for us.

Once again, here is the formula for guaranteed success:
